Where the magic begins.
Hi there, I'mHelene, Founder of ThinkBowl MIindset, Marketing & Media. Welcome to my agency. I would love to get to know more about you. Firstly, here's a little snippet about me.
I’ve lived both sides of business, the corporate and the founder’s grind, navigated separation, and raised three kidults.
After years in marketing and Business Analyst roles in wine, pharmaceuticals, and finance, and eight years running ThinkBowl Marketing, I desperately wanted to help women 45+ shift the beliefs that hold them back - just like I did - and live a more inspired and fulfilled life 🤗
And now, through a unique blend of Mindset coaching (ICF-qualified Therapeutic Coach), Marketing strategy, and Media exposure, I help women 40+ shift the beliefs that are holding them back in their businesses, careers, and personal lives so they can communicate effectively, with confidence and authenticity.
I have also found joy in co-hosting a Women's Money & Mindset Podcast / Course called "Her Money Matters" where I get to help thousands of women change their money stories and create new habits for real, lasting change.

Other qualifications include a Commerce Degree in Marketing & Management, Diploma in Social Media, LmusTCL Licentiate Diploma in Music, qualified Primary Ethics Teacher & .
